Gone Too Soon...

                   Your spirit continues to soar,
                          Fly on sweet angel.

                                       Victoria Carol Foutz
                                   April 14th, 1986 -- April 18th, 2004

Today's blog is dedicated to a beautiful young lady that I knew. She was all girl and all teenager. Which meant that even though she loved her parents dearly, they didn't know what they were talking about. Just ask her.

This typical young teen didn't get the chance to find out, her parent's knew a lot more than she thought they did. She will be missed by all the people she has touched in her short life.  But I know she is watching us now. Victoria you are missed by all of us.

Victoria's parents are in the process of writting a book. I will let everyone know when it is out.  If you would like to leave comments for them, I will pass them on.  Thank you all.

I didn't know her but I can get a sense of who she was from her pictures. She looks like she was a beautiful young lady with a great spirit and a big heart. She looks like she loved to laugh and would give you a hun in a minute without having to ask for one. May Victoria rest in Peace with our good Lord Jesus.

Thank you, Pam for the wonderful tribute to our sweet daughter! Nice to have reconnected after all this time, too!

Thank you also to Sarah...Yes, she was a great kid and would have been a wonderful adult! We miss her, but realize that she is part of our FUTURE, not our PAST. To God be the glory!

Victoria was killed on March 18, 2004 not April. My daughter was friends with her and my daughters birthday is MARCH 18TH. We don't celebrate the birthday anymore.

Anonymous I am so sorry for your daughter's loss and yours. I got the date from Leah's Facebook account. Victoria was a special girl. Thank you for stopping by and commenting. I will check on that date.

This is the first time I have came across this blog and the first time I have spoken openly about Victoria since her death. I met Victoria or Ivy as I knew her through my ex and shaun and quickly developed a friendship with her. We used to hang out at this stupid place called the Hookah Bar every weekend almost religiously. The weekend before she died she, myself, and a few of our other friends were at the hookah bar. It is funny to recall that night because she had just finished arguing with a friend of ours and then went back to laughing like nothing had happened. I loved that about her. Nothing ever seemed to bring her spirit down. It is weird how you recall the last time you see someone and can remember every last detail. It really breaks my heart what happened to her. I honestly believe that the loss of her helped to save my own life. Because of losing her in my life I changed everything and got away from the people we hung out with. I went back to school and am on my way to be a doctor in psychology to honor the life she did not get to live. I hope to help others like myself through the loss others and myself experienced. Sorry for writing an essay in your comments box but I felt compelled to say something. Thank you for writing this post and allowing me the chance to see my friend again.

Britt.
